All orders placed with Duramax Sheds Online ship for free within the continental United States.  We are unable to accept orders for Hawaii and Alaska delivery or international delivery at this time.

     

    Order Confirmation

    As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.

       

      Order Shipment

      If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2 business days from your order date and be delivered 3 to 14 business days from your order date. The closer your delivery address is to to the warehouse, the faster the delivery. There are 3 warehouses located in California, New Jersey, and Missouri. We will email tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

       

      Curbside Delivery with Free Lift Gate Service

      All freight deliveries are made to the curbside, driveway, or entrance of the provided address. Since the majority of our deliveries are to residential locations, we automatically include a free lift gate service with every shipment. With this service, the freight truck will arrive at the curb of your residence, and the driver will lower and unload the shipment at the curb. Please note that the carrier is not responsible for moving the merchandise into your home, garage, or yard, nor for uncrating, installation, or the removal of packing materials.  Customers may decline the lift gate service at the time of ordering via phone.

       

      Address Changes, Undeliverable Shipments, Remote Areas, Fragile Bridges, etc.

      We are not liable for any restrictions caused by geographical location, inaccessible roads (including dirt, gravel, dead ends, single-lane roads, low-hanging wires, and low clearances), local covenants, or neighborhood association regulations that could prevent the successful delivery of your order. If there are limitations that may prevent a large truck from accessing your curb or build site, please notify us before placing your order. We will not be responsible for any shipping costs resulting from undeliverable merchandise for any reason, and these costs will be deducted from the customer's refund. Additionally, we are not liable for any special delivery fees required to access areas needing special equipment or handling. These fees will be the customer's responsibility. Remote areas or locations with roads, bridges, or ferries unable to support the weight of a large truck may not be serviceable by our LTL carriers, and we do not guarantee delivery to such areas. If an address change is requested after the order has shipped, the customer will be required to pay any fees required to redirect the shipment to the new address.
