Free Shipping:
All orders placed with Duramax Sheds Online ship for free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a shipping quote, as we are unable to accept international orders at this time. We calculate shipping costs as part of the total price of our products so we can extend this free shipping offer to you. The offer is contingent on two conditions: 1) delivery is curbside service only, and 2) the free shipping applies only to a completed transaction. If you return a delivery for any reason other than damage, round-trip shipping charges, restocking fees, and credit card processing fees may apply as outlined in our Returns / Damage / Cancellation Policy. Because these costs are not refunded to us, we are unable to refund them to you.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within 2 business days from your order date and be delivered 2-14 business days from your order date. The closer your delivery address is to the warehouse, the faster the delivery. There are 3 warehouses located in California, New Jersey, and Missouri. We will email tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
Curbside Delivery with Free Lift Gate Service
All freight deliveries are made curbside at the provided address, and placement beyond the curb is not guaranteed and is subject to the delivery driver’s discretion and site conditions. Damage to driveways, landscaping, pavement, or other property caused during delivery — including by delivery vehicles, drivers, or delivery equipment such as lift gates, pallet jacks, or related materials — must be handled through the freight carrier’s claims process. Property damage does not affect product return eligibility or refund rights. Since the majority of our deliveries are to residential locations, we automatically include a free lift gate service with every shipment. With this service, the freight truck will arrive at the curb of your residence, and the driver will lower and unload the shipment at the curb. Please note that the carrier is not responsible for moving the merchandise beyond the curb, including into your home, garage, driveway, or yard, nor for uncrating, installation, or the removal of packing materials. Customers may decline the lift gate service at the time of ordering via phone.
Large Item Delivery
Due to the dimensions of large items such as garages, insulated buildings, and large sheds, some or all of your freight shipment may not be able to be offloaded from the truck using the lift gate & will require offloading by hand. The curbside delivery carrier may require assistance from you offloading your shipment from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, please keep in mind that you may need a few people to help.
Address Changes, Undeliverable Shipments, Remote Areas, Fragile Bridges, etc.
We are not liable for any restrictions caused by geographical location, inaccessible roads (including dirt, gravel, dead ends, single-lane roads, low-hanging wires, and low clearances), local covenants, or neighborhood association regulations that could prevent the successful delivery of your order. If there are limitations that may prevent a large truck from accessing your curb or build site, please notify us before placing your order. We will not be responsible for any shipping costs resulting from undeliverable merchandise for any reason, and these costs may apply and will be handled in accordance with our Returns / Damage / Cancellation Policy. Additionally, we are not liable for any special delivery fees required to access areas needing special equipment or handling. These fees will be the customer's responsibility. Remote areas or locations with roads, bridges, or ferries unable to support the weight of a large truck may not be serviceable by our LTL carriers, and we do not guarantee delivery to such areas. If an address change is requested after the order has shipped, any carrier fees required to redirect the shipment to the new address will be the customer’s responsibility.
