Shipping Info

Free Shipping:

All orders placed with Duramax Sheds Online ship for free within the continental United States. We are unable to accept orders for Hawaii and Alaska delivery or international delivery at this time.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will mean we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will confirm it is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available we will fully process the credit card charge and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2 business days from your order date and be delivered 3 to 14 business days from your order date. The closer your delivery address is to to the warehouse, the faster the delivery. There are 3 warehouses located in California, New Jersey, and Missouri. We will email tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Curbside Delivery with Free Lift Gate Service

All freight deliveries are made to the curbside, driveway, or entrance of the provided address. Since the majority of our deliveries are to residential locations, we automatically include a free lift gate service with every shipment. With this service, the freight truck will arrive at the curb of your residence, and the driver will lower and unload the shipment at the curb. Please note that the carrier is not responsible for moving the merchandise into your home, garage, or yard, nor for uncrating, installation, or the removal of packing materials. Customers may decline the lift gate service at the time of ordering via phone.

Address Changes, Undeliverable Shipments, Remote Areas, Fragile Bridges, etc.

We are not liable for any restrictions caused by geographical location, inaccessible roads (including dirt, gravel, dead ends, single-lane roads, low-hanging wires, and low clearances), local covenants, or neighborhood association regulations that could prevent the successful delivery of your order. If there are limitations that may prevent a large truck from accessing your curb or build site, please notify us before placing your order. We will not be responsible for any shipping costs resulting from undeliverable merchandise for any reason, and these costs will be deducted from the customer's refund. Additionally, we are not liable for any special delivery fees required to access areas needing special equipment or handling. These fees will be the customer's responsibility. Remote areas or locations with roads, bridges, or ferries unable to support the weight of a large truck may not be serviceable by our LTL carriers, and we do not guarantee delivery to such areas. If an address change is requested after the order has shipped, the customer will be required to pay any fees required to redirect the shipment to the new address.

Damage / Returns / Cancellation

Inspection upon Receipt:

It is crucial that you thoroughly inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery for any signs of damage or missing parts. Take pictures of any and all damage. In the event that you schedule an appointment for delivery and you meet the driver during inspection, we kindly ask you to sign the delivery receipt. If you observe any indications of damage, please make a note stating "damaged" on the receipt.

If the shipment appears to be severely damaged, you have the right to deny delivery. In such cases, the damaged item can be returned for a replacement or refund.  Please email support@USpolymersinc.com immediately if you refuse delivery, so the return shipment can be anticipated.

Damaged Items / Missing Parts:

We prioritize your satisfaction and take responsibility for any product damage that may occur during transit. If your merchandise arrives damaged or is missing parts upon delivery, the damaged product or the missing parts will be replaced promptly. All damaged and missing parts must be reported to Support@uspolymersinc.com within 48 of delivery so insurance claims can be filed with the freight carrier.

Reporting Damaged Shipments:

If you notice any damage or missing parts, please email support@USpolymersinc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We kindly request that you include your name, order number, and detailed photos of the damage for assessment.  Please note that damage or missing parts reported after the 48 hour window will not be covered at no cost.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unassembled, in new condition, and must include all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging materials. To initiate a return on eligible items, email us at support@duramaxshedsonline.com. Your eligible return items will be picked up by the shipping company at a mutually agreed date / time window from your original delivery address and shipped back to the warehouse. Warehouse staff will inspect all returned items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the items are found to have been built or damaged in any way there will be no credit issued.

Refunds:

Refunds on eligible return items will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase within 10 days of the return being accepted. The refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs.  Refunds will not be issued on items not eligible to be returned. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Refused Deliveries / Buyer’s Remorse:

Refused deliveries and returns due to buyer's remorse, being non-responsive to the delivery company, failure to schedule a delivery appointment, or change of mind will be subject to a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs.

Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done before the shipment leaves our warehouse. Contact support@duramaxshedsonline.com if you would like to cancel your order.  Failure to do so will be considered a refused delivery. Please note, there is a 5% cancellation fee if your credit card charge has already been processed.
